1. Cancellation by Customer / No Delivery or Partial Delivery

  • The Writer was confirmed and assigned, but the Customer later decided to cancel the order.

In such a case, the refund amount will vary from; 100% to 75%, to compensate the company and the Writer’s efforts in their attempt to offer you the product and services ordered.

  • The Writer was confirmed and assigned and over half of the deadline has passed, then the customer decided to cancel their order.

The refund amount varies between 50%-0% to cover the company’s and Writer’s efforts to accommodate your requested order.

  • Late Delivery: This can only happen in a case whereby the Writer gets ill or has any other emergencies.

In the event such happens, the company will do a refund of an appropriate amount to the client to pay off for the late delivery.

  • On-time delivery for all the orders is well guaranteed.

However, sometimes delays may happen due to the late upload of needed materials by the customer. In this situation, we guarantee no refund a reason as to why we emphasize having all ideal information sent to us during the ordering process.

2. Work Not as Described

  • Disputed claims:

When a client is not satisfied with the quality as well as the delivered work’s specifications, the company is obliged to address the concerns and try reifying the issue. If still the client is not satisfied, our administration agency investigates the matter hence, a refund claim will be initiated or declined based on the findings.

  • Plagiarized content:

In a claim that the submitted paper is plagiarized, the Writer and the client will be required to share their plagiarism report from Turnitin to verify the claims. No other reports will be accepted other than this or else no refund to be granted.

3. Duplicate Transaction/Order

  • Accidental Duplicate Transaction:

In a case whereby an extra/duplicate payment has been processed against the same order that has been fully paid, a refund of 100%, will be completed to the client.

  • Accidental Duplicate Order:

To cancel an order that has been placed by mistake, you will be required to contact us as soon as possible and clarify with us that the said other order is not required. Once found to be duplicate and unintentionally ordered, 100% of the refund will be dispensed.

You’re Not Entitled to a Refund If:

  • A quality work than expected has been submitted:

Refund Processing

Once you’ve received a refund acknowledgment, the company will initiate the process within seven business days from the date of confirmation. Note, that the company cannot be held responsible for Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues from your end.
