The refund amount varies between 50%-0% to cover the company’s and Writer’s efforts to accommodate your requested order.

  • Late Delivery: This can only happen in a case whereby the Writer gets ill or has any other emergencies.

In the event such happens, the company will do a refund of an appropriate amount to the client to pay off for the late delivery.

  • On-time delivery for all the orders is well guaranteed.

However, sometimes delays may happen due to the late upload of needed materials by the customer. In this situation, we guarantee no refund a reason as to why we emphasize having all ideal information sent to us during the ordering process.

2. Work Not as Described

  • Disputed claims:

When a client is not satisfied with the quality as well as the delivered work’s specifications, the company is obliged to address the concerns and try reifying the issue. Refund Processing

Once you’ve received a refund acknowledgment, the company will initiate the process within seven business days from the date of confirmation.
